Because we can!

No, seriously.  Everyone has a reason.  I read a lot of blogs, especially those from people in my industry.  I admire their dedication, writing something, anything, every day. (the only way to get really good at something is to do it-a lot!) Some are enlightening, some manically ego-driven, some are just plain stupid.

One of them pointed out how the Internet is making a lot of people feel far too important.  Perhaps.  Writing something and putting it out there for all to see is kind of a heady feeling.  It’s like being published.  Only so many people are blogging.  So many people could care less

We contribute to the What’s Developing section of our web site to tell all three of you (OK, if you count our folks and siblings, then maybe there’s nine!) about our latest work, a peek into our personal lives, maybe share some industry trends, tell you about awards we’ve won (or not won-darn the Emmys!).   But I think for us, it goes even deeper.  We have this constant desire to express ourselves, hone our craft, stretch our abilities.  Frank is taking guitar lessons and is learning to master still photography.  Tim is into illustration and T-Shirt design.  I’m reading the next seed catalog, downloading more music than I can possibly listen to and trying to get to the gym between home remodeling projects. So we blog, we write, we reach out and we tell you what’s developing….whether you’re reading it or not.
