What I did on my summer vacation…

1064 Miles.
3 Kids.
1 Mini Van.
Most people would cringe at the idea of packing up the fam and hitting the road in a mini van. Not me.  Gotta admit, I love it.  In fact we as a family celebrate every moment of our driving vacations.

This year we attended a family reunion in Northern Wisconsin.  More specifically, we spent an amazing week at my in-laws lake house in Minocqua.

It was a week of beer, polka music, golf, fishing, defending the Chicago Bears, tubing, dancing and laughter.

I’m so thankful for the time off of work to (as Susan calls it) chill and re-boot the soul.
